The trial would usually take place at your home, or a location suitable to you.

At the time of the trial we will spend some time chatting about your wedding, colour schemes etc, and at this point you can show me any images or magazine cuttings you have of a make up look that you love.

The trial is a great opportunity for me to give you the confidence that your big day is in good hands.

You may choose to have a bridesmaid present for a trial also.

We will go through timings for the big day, and also I can advice you on skincare and skin treatments you can have in preparation for your wedding day.

Normally I would advise at least 4 months prior to the wedding day for your trial. As it takes a good 3 months to get your skin photo ready and in the best condition it can possibly be in.

Relax and soak up every single moment.

From bridal trial to the big day!

When everyone is ready to go, all dressed and looking fabulous, I will be sure to touch up the bridal party before you leave to say your "I Do's".

I book one wedding a day, because it's important to me that I am with you for the whole morning to keep you calm and reassure you that everything is running to schedule and help out in any other way I can during the morning of preparations.

Your wedding experience is important to me, and I want you to remember the morning fondly for the rest of your life.

Why is a bridal make up trial so important ?

In the months leading up to your big day, a bride can often get caught up in other elements of the wedding; like the cake, flowers, music etc. Hair and make up trials tend to be left until the last minute and they should be in the "Top 5" of things to do.

Meeting with the make up artist allows you to build a rapport with the person who will be with you on the morning of your wedding. You will have the opportunity to see your MUA work, you can see first hand how professional yet friendly she is and how she will tie into the biggest morning of your life.

It's a time to experiment with products and looks, to perfect exactly what will be recreated on the big day itself. It is also the perfect time to seek advise on any skin issues you may have or be worried about. Your make up artist can advise a new skin care regimen for you, helping you to achieve that flawless look on your wedding day.

Mostly it's peace of mind for you the bride. You have gone through every detail at your trial, and you can relax and enjoy the build up to your big day.
